Tropical Fruit Farm

Salam... as promised here are some pictures taken at Tropical Fruit Farm , NSW, AU.

Bought some sauces, handmade soaps & 2 packets of Macadamia nut....( Abalone & Roasted Honey flavour ..... yummy :-) Thought of buying more but it was expensive..... :-(

The tour guide at the farm was friendly and spoke well of Malaysia.... he even mentioned he likes Durian :-) I guess he's been to Malaysia before.

We came across a fruit which originated from South America called "Black Sapote" which they have successfully turned into Chocolate Sauce....minus the fat mind you :-) It's like a chocoholic dream came true .......... goes well with banana split......yummy.....my kids lovessss it :-)

2nd stop...... Dreamworld Gold Coast

We started off to Dreamworld on Monday 2oth August......

Eventhough it was grizzling....we still enjoyed it very much.....

Ika seemed very happy :-)

Well forgot to mentioned that we met up with a very nice Malay couple from Ipoh , Kak Jah and Abang Amin and their cute daughter Ika... which reminded me a lot of Wardina.... :-)

We only went for one ride .... Dreamworld is a nice place to be with your kids.....

There is a Halal restaurant called Billabong .... they served buffet for AUD 20++ per person and the food was splendid.... lots of choices.......... they even have ice cream yummy.....

Besides the restaurant there's a prayer room.

After lunch we proceed to Nickelodeon section.... we took lots of pictures ( Dora, Jimmy Neutron, Spongebob and The Rugrats ) to show it off to Cha and Nana.

We went to see the Sheep Shearing show, hold and took picture with Koala and kangaroes too.

Then around 530 p.m we checked into Watermark Hotel, Surfer's Paradise, Gold Coast and had our dinner at The Maharani Restaurant ( A 100% Halal Restaurant which belongs to a Malaysian).Yum yum we had Tom Yam, Nasi Goreng Kampung & Nasi Goreng Malaysia and not forgetting Teh Tarik for me on a cold weather :-)

G'day Mate.......1st stop Brisbane

Salam..... alhamdulillah......kami selamat pergi dan selamat pulang......

We started our journey on 18th August by boarding the first flight from Senai Airport to KLIA.

At 0725hrs we boarded the plane....arrived KLIA around 0815hrs....then we transfered to the International departures and to gate C25. Approximately 1025hrs we departed KLIA via MH 141.

After 7 hours journey we disembarked at Sydney airport for transit to Brisbane.....

We finally reached Brisbane at 2245hrs ( Brisbane time) then another 45 minutes to our hotel.....Travelodge....

Wait for my next post on our stay at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast Australia :-)

The Flu is still bugging me :-(

Hmmmmm...still down with flu...... have finished my medications and have replenished it yesterday.....but still to no avail :-(

To think of it , how am I supposed to go for the planned holiday in this current state of health?
Ya Allah ya tuhanku......sembuhkah lah hamba mu ini ya Allah......

Have started packing ....don't want to wait till the end ....as you all have known, I'm an early person.....:-)

Will be on leave this coming Thursday to bring Danish for his injection, need to go to Tabung Haji to withdraw some money and to have a good rest......

Hubby did get the flu bug, but already recovering from it......hmmm he must have better immune system than me heheheh :-)

He called just now to informed that he had collect the Airticket ...
he asked whether I can take the day off today....unfortunately I can't dear as I have lots and lots of things to settle before the holidays......

Sorry dear...you know how workaholic your wife can be :-)

oh no...flu attack again :-0

Well as you all noticed the weather was kinda hot & dry over the past few days......

and most of us were either attacked by the flu virus or have the dry cough syndrome......as for me ......since most of my office mates were down with nasty flu... there was no way for me escaping it ....hmmmm....

Been down with flu since Friday.

Saturday was a happy day for me as it was my SIGS Class of 89 reunion held at the Pan Pacific JB ...almost 95% of my old schoolmates turned up.....so it was kinda choatic , loud and fun.. eventhough I'm kinda passive that day due to the flu, I still enjoyed it very much..... :-)

Brought along Batrisyia & Wardina . Both of them were so excited and Batrisyia commented " Mama, banyaknya kawan Mama....."

It's kinda pleasant to see the old familiar faces again....and to sat and chit-chat for over 4 1/2 hours still seems not enough for me ... :-)

Yesterday went to Reliance Office in City square to settle our visas for our trip to Aus .

Insyaallah we'll be leaving for Brisbane by end of this month.

Danish , Batrisyia and Wardina are also down with flu.....I believed dear hubby will be catching the virus soon :-) Sorry dear ....no room for you to escape heheheh :-)

As for work:-

i) Have successfully implemented the 5S kick off project .

ii) Have attended and presented my slides during the Management Review.

iii) Will start with the TS 16949 project by end of this month

So......will be very very busy soon.... and sorry in advance if I tend to neglect my blog :-)

Later that day we went to Singapore...... bought a few items for Danish......

On overall scale, I think it was a well day spent together :-)

Hmmm in about one week more to come , my dearest hubby will celebrate his 36th birthday......

BUT ......the thing is I don't know what to give him this time........

Yalah kan dah nak masuk 11 years I'm with him kan....so rasa-rasanya suma dah bagi.... jam, kasut,perfume,baju,wallet , sunglasses......and this year i'm out of idea......yipes.......how ?

Oh ya.... my son pun will celebrate his 1st bday on 27th July....Ya Allah how time flies..... :-)

I think I'm going to bake a big moist chocolate cake for both of them..... but hadiahnya apa ek......?

1) Yup..... we managed to go to KL during the school holidays..... itu pun was a last minute arrangements ... done by hubby....:-)

2) Something wonderful happened to me last week..... I got a mail from Dida and one thing lead to another... I managed to connect back to my long lost frenz from SIGS class of 89..... hehehe thanks to Shikin, Dida & Nazureen for initiating it :-)

Tak sangka ..... dah almost 18 years tak jumpa ....giler betul..... how time flies. :-)

I can only replied, tak tahu lagi.....coz it's the truth.....
we haven't discuss whether to go someplace or jus lepakking at home :-)

Family Vacation 28th April ~ 1st May

As mentioned before, alhamdulillah we managed to go for the vacation.

Our journey started on 28th April and Aquaria KLCC was our 1st stop.

The next morning we shoot off to Fraser's Hill .....using the Karak Highway & exit at Bentong.....

penat giler..it was a narrow & winding route....tapi bila dah sampai bestnya dapat hirup fresh air :-) We rented a 3 bedroom apartment at Silverpark Resort. Location wise -Good unfortunately we felt that the apartment was poorly maintained.

Latest updates , drove to KL alone on Wednesday 24th April to attend the 2007 Panasonic Global Procurement Suppliers Meeting which was held at Palace of the Golden Horses.

The meeting started at 1245hrs and ended around 1625hrs.

I believed there were more than 200 participants since it's for the whole Panasonic Supplier located in Malaysia.

As usual I'm representing my company...I don't mind as I love to meet& interacting with people....

Exhanged a few name cards with some of the participants...& hope to keep in touch soon :-)

Glanced around kot kot ada some familiar faces ... turned out there was none :-(

As usual less than 10 females wearing tudung attending ...the rest were Chinese, Indians & Japanese.

Drove very fast on Wednesday morning , since I started out late..... and I was going around 140-155 km/h .....

and guess what ? I kena speed trap.... apalagi I pun buat muka sedih..... ,

The policeman was saying "Cik ... tadi cik bawak 140km/h.... minta lesen cik.."

Then I gave him my licence and said " Mintak maaf banyak-banyak.... saya ada meeting kat KL pukul 12. saya pulak terlambat bangun pagi ni, ni email tentang meeting tu ( I hand over the email copy to him).

He then said " Ok, saya saman ya ? Lepas ni jgn bawak laju -laju lagi ya?" and he hand back my licence without actually "summon" me :-) I apa lagi "Terima kasih banyak Encik , ..

Hah! Nasib aku ni pandai negotiate... actually when I was doing Marketing last time banyak kali kena tahan dengan polis.... but due to my negotiation skills... tak pernah sekali pun kena saman... way to go girl!!!!!

O ya...most probably we'll be going to Perak this coming holiday ...and maybe tu KL on the way back ......

I was sent by my boss to attend the Supplier meeting at Panasonic Pasir Gudang last Wednesday 28th March.It was kind off sudden.....Chew informed me at 1100 hrs and I need to be there by 2.30p.m.

Hubby picked me up from my workplace around 1400hrs.....everything was ok at first....the traffic seemed Ok...... then suddenly as we're approaching Giant plentong ...there was a massive traffic jam...on the Pasir Gudang highway.....

We then took the Jalan Masai Lama .....and finally reached Panasonic at 1455hrs and to make matter worsed..... it was raining heavily......luckily the security guard had an umbrella.....
and he was kind enough for me to borrow it......

As I approached the lobby area....... there was a huge crowd....and the best part is
I'm the ONLY Malay lady there.... the rest was Chinese & Japanese and all of them dressed formally.... not like me only wearing my company uniform... :-)
Well what do you expect since it was a last minute arrangements .....

Then we were sent to the Conference Hall....... and after that the speech was given by their Procurement Director... Mr Aioki.....

The meeting was adjourned around 1615hrs.....

Next meeting will be held in May....... not sure whether I'm available or not as Hubby will take me to Australia somewhere around May or June..... yes folks..... we're finally going there......

To give ot NOT to give

Hmmm.... we're kinda in a dilemma lately due to we hv rcvd request from my MIL asking for money....

Don't get me wrong .....we have no problem to give if it's meant for her BUT we have been informed by our sister in law(s) that the money is for Achid ( My hubby youngest brother)....

For what purpose you asked? Well it's becoz he needs the money to pay his car monthly dues. To make matter worst the car has been repossessed.And total money due in order to get his back (according to my sister in law -Lin is about 2.5k)

My hubby & I have decided NOT to give due to the below reason(s):-

1) He's already 20++

2) Who asked him to bought the car in the 1st place if you can't maintained the monthly payment.

3)He need to find his own ways to settle his problem

4) He need to learn to be MORE responsible & matured...

5)Why must we give our hard earned money to a lazy person ?Banyak cantik @$%#*%^$&^

But the biggest problem will be my MIL . As Achid is her "pet".

I know that being a mother we tends to pity our children , but if we really love them we need to groomed them to become a better person in life......

Ok till here , break time over ...need to continue with my job....NOT all people are lazy ...mind you :-)

Well hello .......

My god seems like ages since the last time I've updated my blog.

Been kinda busy lately.

Felt tired like hell today.....been walking around and around the factory....

Reason being?Well my Managing Director would like me to walk around the factory and see whether all the current process are being practiced and are in placed and also to look out for ways to improve the productivity....he even named it the "Management Walk":-0

By the time I've finished, it's already 6pm and time for me to rush home as I need to send Batrisyia for Kumon.

Normally it will be my Sayang routine to send her ....unfortunately he's away for National Sales Gatherings @ Bukit Lanjut.

Wardina is adjusting fine at Iman Elc.

And Danish can turn himself now :-) How fast they have grown.....

Need to go out for work early tommorow as I need to start with the "Work Instructions" for the Operators.Guess I'm going to be tired again tomorrow..... :-)

What to do.......it's part of my responsibilities.....
