Iron Man

Semalam ...tak jadi pun aku jogging ngan hubby.

Pagi-pagi sarapan kat Warung Saga....aku makan Soto, hubby- Mee Siam & Wardina - Nasi Lemak Ayam.....

Balik dari Warung Saga kami hantar Wardina ke rumah and terus proceed ke Jusco Tebrau City to see Iron Man.

We all tengok the first show which started at 11.00a.m.

Best gak citer tu......

Bila kita keluar dari cinema tu tengok crowd punya lah ramai .... panjang nya orang beratur nak beli ticket... nasib baiklah kita pergi awal :-)

And petangnya ke Setia Tropika .....ke housewarming Sal....cantiknya rumah dia :-)

Hari Buruh

1st May is a Public Holiday in Malaysia due to Labour Day.
So ....since it's holiday ...what's the agenda for tomorrow ya?
Maybe in the morning I'll ask my hubby to jog with me at Danga Bay
followed with breakfast at Warung Saga.

And take the kids to see Iron Man in the afternoon and yes to Sal's ( my childhood friend )housewarming at Setia Tropika.

Which one's better?

Alone is one of my fav songs of the 80's.... I remembered loving it so much during my school days, sigh.....how time flies....
And to hear Celine Dion singing this song again recently brought back the good old memories :-)

Hmm if you're to ask me which version is better, I would choose Heart but Celine's version is not bad either....

Cuti sekolah minggu lalu.....

Last week..

Salam.. a lot of things happened last week.....

And I'll start with my trip to Tanashin Malacca.... me and my colleague Farhana was scheduled to have a meeting with PQA Tanashin to discuss further on the Firewall method .... actually it's been postponed for quite sometime ....and finally when we have time to go there.....we've met with an accident :-(


Recalling the event, the night before I was feeling a little bit jittery..I don't know why but I can't sleep the whole nite....and finally woke up around 1.00 a.m and took my wuduk & read out the Yassin. Same goes during Subuh..... still rasa tak sedap..... then berdoa lagi.....

The accident happened at kilometer 129.4 near Pagoh.... it all happened so quickly and the only thought crossed my mind at that point of time "Ya Allah ...tak jumpa lah lagi aku ngan suami dan anak anak ku" ....anyhow both of us bersyukur sangat-sangat coz none of us were hurt.. not even a single scratch...despite the car was terribly damaged ..syukur Alhamdulillah......

From there we were taken to Tangkak Police Station to make report since my friend wanted to claim the damage with the insurance company....
Called hubby immediately after the accident, he was very concerned & wanted to pick me up ..but I told him not to.. coz I know that he'll drive like a mad man in cases like this :-) Me & Farhana opted to take the taxi instead.

08/03/2008 PILIHANRAYA MALAYSIA.

Ini adalah undi aku yang ke berapa kali ekk? Rasanya yang ke 4.

Biasalah tempat undi aku masih di St Joseph....so pagi - pagi hubby hantar aku ke rumah mak di Larkin..kebetulan waktu aku , mak & apak nak keluar..Kak Long pulak sampai...so kami berempat pun jalan kaki ke St Joseph....

Since pada waktu tu baru puku 8.40 pagi..org masih tak ramai and within beberapa minit je dah selesai....

Aku undi siapa? Hah.... undi itu rahsia..tapi biasalah since Dato' Shahrir is a friend of apak ..we voted for him. As for the DUN vote rahsia... :-)

Keputusan kali ni memang dah boleh di jangka kerana rakyat sekarang dah pandai berfikir .... cuma harap janganlah DAP pulak memerintah JOHOR next time ..selisih malaikat 44... ...

And it would be interesting to see whether BA can delivered what they have promised towards the rakyat :-P

Tapi kan aku tak berapa suka lah tengok KJ menang.... loratt..... and why MB Johor still Ghani......:-( why , why Pak Lah...? tukarlah pada Khaled Nordin ke hehehe... Ghani tu a little bit slow lah... ( This is only my personal view :-) jgnlah )

Suami Workaholic....

Semalam a friend of mine called and shared with me that she's sooo fed up with her husband yang katanya sangat- sangat busy hingga dah tak kisah lagi tentang hal-hal di rumah......segala-galanya terletak pada bahu dia... well I pity her and I told her that sometimes I also felt the same way......

Jadinya today my N3 will be on "Suami workaholic.....satu Anugerah atau Musibah?"

Ntahlah...susah nak cakap ya....

Mempunyai suami yang giler kerja ada pro's & con's nya.....

Pro's side - Bila dia giler bekerja ..prestasi dirinya meningkat dan mungkin dia dinaikkan pangkat dan secara tidak langsung mengukuhkan lagi ekonomi keluarga..... dan yang senang keluarganya juga......dan ini kalau dilihat dari sudut positif adalah satu Anugerah daripada Allah.....

tapi.....

dari sudut Con's pulak- Kadang-kadang sebagai isteri kita rasa terpinggir dan sakit hati bila suami tidak mempedulikan hal anak isteri oleh kerana terlalu sibuk....dan segala-galanya terletak di bahu sang isteri....

kalau si isteri tidak bekerja oklah lagi..tapi bagi yang bekerja of course rasa tension yang amat sangat......dan pada sudut ini ianya dilihat sebagai satu Musibah.....

Sebagai isteri kami tahu kami patut menyokong dan memberi sokongan moral kepada sang suami cuma kadang- kadang kami berharap agar sang suami dapat menjadi lebih peka dan meluangkan waktu pada anak isteri ..lebih lebih lagi selepas waktu kerja.... dan bukan membawa balik tugas ke rumah pada setiap hari.... ( sekali -sekala mungkin ok ).

Lebih parah lagi kalau sang suami terlalu taksub ingin memuaskan hati boss- boss mereka sehingga keinginan anak isteri di tolak ke tepi.... dan bila di tegur oleh sang isteri si suami akan menjawab dia buat semua ini agar tidak di buang kerja ....@$%&$(*

Berbalik kepada cerita kawan saya tadi....dia rasa dia ingin berhenti kerja dan pulang ke kampung bersama anak-anak nya.... kerana dia rasakan bahawa dengan cara ini suaminya akan lebih menghargai keluarga...

Saya pula menasihati dia agar terus bersabar dan berdoa agar Allah memberi hidayah kepada sang suami agar berubah..... dunia dunia jugak...akhirat pun penting jugak....

Hang in there fren..... :-) sayang oooo nak berhenti gaji hang tu dah ribu riban.......

Kebusyan.... :-(

Busy kebusyan betullah minggu ni dan minggu depan.....

Today need to attend Seminar at The Zon ....&

need to do presentation to new customer - Sensata Technologies tomorrow...

and off to Tanashin Malacca next week ( 040308)..&

to attend training on Calibration on 060308......

tak masuk lagi nak gi mengundi pada 080308.... 13& 14 pulak ke Perak untuk attend wedding.....

hahhhhh penatnya.... Allah je lah yang tahu :-)

Semalam di Danga Bay

Semalam selepas Maghrib...kami mebawa anak-anak kami ke Danga Bay untuk yang kesekian kalinya .... budak-budak tu tak jemu - jemu ke sana....:-P

Raya Cina part 2

After we've checked out from Grand Continental , we proceed to Kuala Trengganu.
We stop at Beserah to buy some Akok & Bahulu and keropok lekor...... btw the keropok lekor we bought at one of the stall called Pak Soh was marvellous.....yummy :-)

Then along the way we stop again to buy some corn and air Nira.... this time I've finally got to taste it :-).... last time when I was 8 mths pregnant with Wardina I wanted so much to taste the Air Nira but at that point of time being raya and all , mostly of the stall selling it was closed :-(

So this time hubby pointed out that I should buy it....thanks dear :-)
As we approached Kijal we stop again to buy some lemang and daging siat. ( these stalls are located near the Awana Kijal Resort..... eventhough the lemang is slightly smaller than the ones we found in Negeri Sembilan but the taste was superb...

We then went to Pasar Payang ..... the traffic was heavy but luckilly we got a parking spot.... bought a few kaftans & tudung and hubby bought his MU Jersey and mom bought a few kaftans & tudung too..... since it's already 5.00 p.m we proceed to Mak Long's house in Pengadang Baru....

Mak Long and Kak Ani pointed out that the heavy traffic was due to the Perkampungan Hadhari and also the official opening of the Masjid Kristal. No wonder..... the traffic was sooooo heavy..... and they mentioned that the angkasawan troupe was also here..... patutlah everybody wanna meet SMS lah tu.....
The next day after saying goodbye to Mak Long and Kak Ani ..we decided to stay a nite at Cherating.....

We rented a 2 room apartment and had a very nice seafood dinner.....

On the 10th of Feb....we went back home.....
My mom said that we shud plan to go to Trengganu again somewhere in April ....since it's not a National public holiday nor school holidays.

But Dad pointed out we should go to Sydney in December... he said that he'll sponsored the accomodation for us....we only need to fork out the Airfare for our family.....hmmmmm tempting..... will consider........:-P
Hubby pointed out we shoud go to NZ rather than Aus........ what everlah dear..... bottomline...insyallah kalau ada rezeki kita pergilah nanti.... kalau takde nak wat camner hehe... but first we need to apply the passport for Cha , Nana & Danish..... :-)

Cuti Raya Cina......

Salam.....

Cuti raya Cina hari tu kami sekeluarga dan my parents decided to go to Trengganu. Sebab the last time we went there was somewhere in 2006 ....

so kira dah lama gak lah tak pergi.

Tapi masalahnya ...... I dah habaq kat my hubby yang kita akan ke mana-mana ke since January....tapi dia always jawab tak tahu lagi....

then tup tup... on 3/2 he ifmd why not we go to Trengganu..... I was like huh? Dalam hati bercakap " ada lagi ke hotel ...cuma lagi 4 hari lagi"....

Dia pun suruh I call-call kan hotels or chalet ......

I pun call dari 3 hb hinggalah 6 hb.... semuanya PENUH.....including the stupid chalets yg nama tak pernah dengar.....

I pun ifmd my hubby & my mom....

Malam tu my Dad called , dia cakap dia dapat booked 2 rooms kat Hotel Grand Continental kat Kuantan.

So ....lepas berbincang kita orang pun setuju....sebab my Mom kata kita duduk Kuantan semalam and lepas tu proceed ke Trengganu kot kot ada rezeki kita nanti....

Kami bertolak pada 7 Feb @ 8.00 pagi dan sampai ke Kuantan pada pukul 1.00 tghr.

Pada mulanya kami fikir nak tidur sana 2 malam tapi bertukar fikiran kerana service level hotel ini teruk...

So pada sapa-sapa yang nak duduk Grand Continental Kuantan next time tak payahlah.........lupakan jer lah hasrat tu....

Masa booking my dad mentioned nak attached rooms which they cfmd shud be no problem.... bila dah check in ....tak dapat pun.

Lepas tu bantal kat bilik tu bau busuk.

and the spare pillow dekat almari tu.....lagi worst....BERKULAT........

And to make matter even worser.... bangun pagi tu tak de air panas......

tension tu.......

Breakfast punya food macam hidup segan mati tak mahu.... pulak tu ramainya manusia....... bila angin dah naik lotang....

So kita pun checked out.

Hotel Grand Continental has been banned by our family officially :-(
